Discrimination against people who don't have medical aid

I haven't been to a doctor in years, but today i have to. Tried making an appointment early this morning just after 9am. But the receptionist told me they fully booked after she found out that i don't have medical aid. And i feel discriminated against. It's now almost 11pm and i went to a medicenter where my money is more than welcome but it works this way first come first serve so u have to wait
